A Writer's Autopsy: Women's March

    Emoji: I'm about to write a really long paragraph, so just hold in there Neon.

    Neon: Stealing my spotlight, huh?

    Emoji: You didn't have one to begin with.

    Neon: Let's get one thing straight: I hate you. Now please, continue.

    Emoji: OK. So you all know about the women's marches, right? How multiple women marched in some kind of parade spitting out crap about women's rights? Well, that's all it really is; crap. What rights do us women not have? We can do anything men can do, as long as we put our minds to it. These women who march for "equal rights" have no idea what they are talking about. They have no idea what women in other countries are dealing with. Here in America we can do and say whatever we want, as long as it's not bad. We can be with whoever we want, be whatever we want. Look at what other women in other countries can't do. Those women can't be with whoever they want. They have arranged marriages. They don't have freedom of speech, and their husbands have all the control over them. Some of them don't get to go to school, and have to cover themselves head to toe. These women have no rights, so the next time I see a bunch of American women marching for rights that we already have, don't expect me to agree.

    Neon: Wow dude. That was deep.

    Emoji: Well, I had some influence. Some girl on Facebook posted something about the Women's March and how stupid it was. It just got me thinking.

    Neon: Hm. You make a good point, though. The marches make no sense. They just want to protest for attention.

    Emoji: You're right about that. Got anything else to say?

    Neon: Nope! You basically said everything I could think of saying. Nice speech by the way.
